The internet has promoted learning by allowing students to learn about farms and the animals that are found on them. By visiting different websites children will be able to learn how a farm is ran before they even set foot on a farm.
To assess what they students have learned I would go through the questions listed above as a class and give everyone the opportunity to answer a question, along with having the children journal about their finding from this lesson during journal time. After this lesson I would also plan a field trip to a local farm (if available) and again review the knowledge the children learned from this activity and allow them to take what they learned online and see it in real life.
